(September 22nd, 2014)-WAUSEON: With the Tigers coming to town, Pettisville was ready and waiting at their home course of Ironwood. Even still, the Blackbirds dropped the match 193-223. It was the performance of Holgate’s Jake grim that made the difference, as his score of 38 was not only good enough to win medalist honors, but was significantly lower than any of his teammates.
For Pettisville, it was Evan King who led the way with a 49. Fellow Blackbird Matt Krill was close behind with a 50. Hannah Meller and Andrew Canada completed the scoring for Pettisville, shooting a 59 and 65, respectively.
