Renee Michele Pinkelman, age 53, of Lyons, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Sunday, October 20, 2024.

She was born February 11, 1971 in Toledo, Ohio to David A. and Michele (Hart) Snyder. Renee was a 1989 graduate of Evergreen High School, and received an associates degree from Davis Community College.

Renee worked at Franklin Park Lincoln for 30 plus years as an accounts payable specialist. She was a pivotal part of the business.

Renee always enjoyed hanging out in the barn watching her Buckeyes, Tigers and Lions. She enjoyed gardening and was an excellent chef. Most of all, Renee loved watching her kids play sports, she never missed a game.

Renee was a loving mother and wife, who is survived by her husband of 34 years, Greg S. Pinkelman; son, Teagen (Brittney) Pinkelman; daughter, Hannah Pinkelman; mother, Michele Snyder; sisters, Karen Fivecoat and Barb Anderson; mother-in-law, Dianne Pinkelman; brother-in-law, Brent Pinkelman; nieces, Ashley (Stan) Marshall and their 4 children and Sara; nephews, Jimmy and Drew; and her special friend, Otis.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Snyder; father-in-law, Jerry Pinkelman; brother-in-law, David Fivecoat and sister-in-law, Tammy Pinkelman.


Visitation will be held Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Weigel Funeral Home in Metamora, where services will begin at 1:00 pm, with Deacon Denver Mossing officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
