Richard F. Shinners, age 78, of Wauseon, Ohio passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 in Fulton Manor, Wauseon, Ohio. He was born October 11, 1939 in Defiance, Ohio to the late Thomas and Caroline (Kammeyer) Shinners. He graduated from Stryker High School. He was a retired foreman at Fulton Tubing, Wauseon, Ohio. Richard was a Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the Wauseon American Legion.
Survivors include his son, Dean Allen Shinners, of Lancaster, Ohio. Funeral services were private. Interment was in Custar Cemetery, Wood County, Ohio.
