A Wauseon, Ohio man was sentenced on April 10, 2019 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Ryan T. Gainor, age 27, previously pled guilty to Aggravated Possession of Drugs. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about November 14, 2018, Mr. Gainor possessed methamphetamine.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Gainor to two years of community control. He ordered Mr. Gainor to be held in CCNO until a bed is available at The Renewal Center; pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; successfully complete any recommended treatment; comply with an 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Gainor serving 11 months in prison.
