WILLIAMS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Commissioners Hear Details About Ditch No. 740

The Williams County Commissioners held a brief general session on Monday, August 14 before hearing details on Ditch No. 740.

The general session saw the approval of Resolution 23-244, which was comprised of transfer requests for the Williams County Commissioners, Common Pleas Court, Engineer’s Office, and Title Department.

Then, Commissioners Rummel, Hilkert, and Westfall approved a certification for the sewer and wastewater project for Montpelier for the Department of Development, a permit for Sarah’s Friends to use Courthouse Square on September 14, a right of way work permit for County Road 15, the minutes of the August 10, 2023 meeting, and bills as presented.
