Barbara Jaggers (1931 – 2023)

Barbara A. (Watts) Jaggers, age 91, of Edon, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at her home in Edon, Ohio surrounded by her family.

Barbara had worked at the 50 Corporation and later retired from One Way Plastics. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and canning.

Barbara was born on December 1, 1931 in St. Joe, Indiana, the daughter of Carl L. and Geraldine (Warford) Watts.

She married Harold L. Jaggers on March 12, 1956 in Angola, Indiana and he preceded her in death on August 30, 2022.

Barbara is survived by her children, Charles (Starla) Jaggers, of Edon, Sandy Rummel, of Bryan, Jesse Jaggers, of Seattle, Washington, Tammy (Kenneth) Warner, of Fremont, Indiana and Carl Jaggers, of Edon; 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a granddaughter, Alicia and brothers, Hubert and Carson Lee Watts.


Visitation for Barbara will be held on from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. on Friday, September 8, 2023 in the Krill Funeral Home, 204 West Indiana Street, Edon. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 1:00 P.M. with Deacon Jean Wise officiating. Burial will follow at Columbia Cemetery.

The family requests memorial donation to the Williams County Fair Foundation.
