The following individuals were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on October 28th, 2019 according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman:
Kenneth Calandra, 59, Bryan, plead guilty to Attempted Possession of Cocaine.
Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Calandra to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $200 fine, successfully complete a program at Recovery Services, and all aftercare, and serve 3 days in CCNO, with credit for 1 day already served.
Failure to comply could result in Mr. Calandra spending 180 days in CCNO.
Gage McCullough, 26, Toledo, previously pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin.
Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. McCullough to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, abide by an 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 am,curfew, obtain his GED, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, and successfully complete treatment and any recommended aftercare with A Renewed Mind.
Failure to comply could result in Mr. McCullough spending 11 months in prison.
