Deb passed away peacefully after a long illness with her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Kelty, her parents, Betty and Raymond Browneller and her sister, Theresa Browneller.
Memorial services are being held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 at The New Covenant Church, 77 Perry Park Avenue, Larkspur, Colorado, 80118. For family and friends in Ohio and Michigan, a Memorial Services will be held in Ohio at a later date, so her children from Colorado and Wyoming can also attend.
