Ruth E. Homuth, 73, of Wauseon passed away peacefully on Monday, Feb. 1, 2021. Ruth was born Feb. 9, 1947, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Ralph and Ruth (McCullough) Homuth.
Prior to moving to Wauseon, Ruth resided in Ashland, Ohio, retiring from Samaritan Hospital.
Ruth is survived by her brother, Robert (Lyn) Homuth of Warren, Mass.; sister, Sandra (James) Crossland of Wauseon; niece, Elizabeth (Adam) Rees of Wauseon; nephews, Robert Crossland of Sandusky, Ohio, and Steven Homuth of Vermont; several cousins, great-nephews and a great-nieces; and her rescued fur baby, Joey.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Louise Homuth; stepmother, Marion Homuth Doerrer; stepfather, Neal Doerrer; and nephew, Michael Homuth.
Per Ruth’s request, there will be no services. Cremation Society of Toledo is entrusted with arrangements.
