Superior Township trustees met on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, for their regular session. Trustees Mike Trausch, Dan Gillen, Jacob Borton, and Fiscal Officer Venessa Shepard were in attendance, along with Road Superintendent Cody Boyd.
Trustees first approved the minutes from the May 19, 2026, meeting before moving to new business.
Boyd provided an update on ongoing township maintenance projects. He reported that seasonal work, including landscaping, tree trimming and mowing, was continuing throughout the township.
Boyd also reported that there had been no burials or cremations during the previous two weeks. Work is continuing on tile repairs along County Road K.50.
A motion to pay bills was approved. With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 3:45 p.m. The next Superior Township meeting is scheduled for June 16, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.
