Marjorie E. Sidle, age 99, of Bryan, passed away at 11:09 P.M. on Monday, January 23, 2023, at the Bryan Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Sidle was a homemaker and had worked at Spangler Candy Company for 18 years.
She attended First Brethren Church and enjoyed farming and gardening. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Marjorie was born on February 19, 1923, in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Terry and Sarah (Spicer) Brenner. She married Denver E. Sidle in Bryan on December 31, 1942 and he preceded her in death.
Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Janet Hodson, of Stryker, sons, Ronald Sidle, of Defiance and Terry (Beverly) Sidle, of Stryker; daughter-in-law, Karen Sidle, of Bryan; eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Lyman Sidle.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. at Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan with Tim Ordway officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will follow in Shiffler Cemetery.
