Norma Jean Lockman, age 94, of Wauseon, passed away at the Fulton County Health Center on December 21, 2024.
Norma was born on April 16, 1930, in Napoleon, to the late Ernest and Clara (Rohrbaugh) French. She later married Donald Lockman, who preceded her in death in 1987.
Norma started helping on the farm with her father, and continued farming with Donald after they were married. Norma was a bowler. She also enjoyed creating ceramics and sewing.
Norma volunteered at the Fulton County Health Center. She attended St. Caspar Catholic Church, where she volunteered her time and efforts through various organizations.
Surviving Norma is her daughter, Diane (Dave) Blyth of Monclova; daughter, Julie (Paul) Walters of Holland; and daughter, Kelly (Wayne Nault) Rashley of Wauseon; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; parents; and brother, Leonard French.
Visitation for Norma will take place on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at the St. Caspar Catholic Church, from 9:30am to 11am. A funeral mass will take place at 11am, with Rev. Todd Dominque officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Caspar Cemetery.
