Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission (NOCAC) is in its 61st year of serving Northwest Ohio. Executive Director Angie Franklin says May is Community Action Month, celebrating a network of more than 1,000 agencies — including 48 across all 88 Ohio counties — that strengthen families and improve communities.
